Just like his famous namesake, Nemo is a tiny explorer with a massive heart. Having started life as a solo adventurer, he is now a social butterfly who has officially joined the "Meatball & Co" crew. He is fearless, curious, and ready to navigate any ocean (or living room) with you!
🐾 The Nemo Field Guide
🧗♂️ Expert Climber & Escape Artist: Nemo doesn’t see boundaries, he sees challenges! He is an expert climber who uses his tiny claws to scale cat trees, sofas, and anything else that leads to a higher view. He is a master of finding his way into (and out of) the most impossible spots.
🔎 Always Investigating: Nemo is ready to investigate anything new. With those stunning blue eyes wide open, he’ll be the first to check out a new toy, a grocery bag, or a new human friend. His curiosity is endless!
🤼♂️ Action Mode: When the switch flips, Nemo is a powerhouse! He is always wrestling and chasing his foster siblings. He loves to "play hard" until he’s completely tuckered out, proving himself to be a world-class athlete in a tiny package.
☁️ Cuddle Mode (Expert Snuggler): Once the mission is over, Nemo becomes the ultimate sweetie. He loves a snuggle and will curl up right against you, gazing up at you with pure love. He craves companionship and will melt your heart in seconds.

-The Dynamic Duo: Nemo must go together with another friend! He shares a very special bond with Spook, and they would make the perfect "ready-made" family for an active home.
-Companionship: Because he was separated from his mum early, he needs a home where he won't be lonely. He wants to be everyone’s best friend, human or feline!
-Active Environment: He’s perfect for a family that loves a kitten with a "big" personality and plenty of energy.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
