About Cleo
Meet Cleo, the tiny explorer with a heart of gold! 🐾
Cleo is a rare mix of a fearless adventurer and a total "velcro" kitten. Whether she’s scaling the highest heights or curling up in your lap, she does it all with 100% confidence.
She is currently looking for a forever home alongside her best friend, Astrid. Their personalities balance each other perfectly, Cleo brings the spice and the snuggles, while Astrid provides the calm!
👑 Meet Cleo: The Bold & The Beautiful
Personality: Bold, self-assured, and incredibly affectionate. She’s never met a challenge (or a lap) she didn’t like! 🦁
The Explorer: Cleo is an independent spirit who loves to climb. You’ll usually find her perched on the highest shelf in the room, surveying her kingdom. 🧗♀️
The Shadow: Once she’s done exploring, her "velcro" side takes over. She is highly clingy and wants to be right where the action is (especially if that involves her humans). 🤗
Fearless: Loud noises? New people? Nothing fazes this brave girl. She is ready for anything! 💪
🍖 Cleo’s Favourite Things
Toys: Anything with feathers and bells! She loves a good hunt. 🪶🔔
Snacks: Cleo is highly food-motivated. If there is a treat involved, you’ll have her undivided attention. 🍗
Naps: Usually found high up on a shelf or tucked right against her favorite people. 😴
🏠 The Perfect Home
Cleo is flexible, but she would thrive in an active household. Because she is so social and clingy, she needs a family that has plenty of love to give. She must be adopted with her partner-in-crime, Astrid, as they are an inseparable duo! 👯♀️

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
