Queenie♥️

Hello there, I’m Queenie — and yes, I do believe the name suits me. I was rescued off the streets of Bankstown and I’ve been enjoying the comforts of indoor life ever since. When I first arrived, I was pregnant, and I have since raised four beautiful kittens. I’ve been a devoted mum, but now that my little ones are growing up, it’s time for me to find a new foster family or, even better, a forever throne of my own.

I am a sweet lady with a few quirks that make me me. I like affection — especially gentle pats on my head and down my back — but only when I’m in the mood. I love weaving around human legs, brushing up against you to say hello. And when it’s mealtime, I sing the softest little trills and meows to remind you I am ready.

Playtime is still something I’m learning. Sometimes I might surprise-pounce on your feet or give a tiny nibble, but I am very gentle and I am quick to redirect to a toy if you offer one. I adore toys I can chase, grab, and bunny-kick to my heart’s content.

Because I am still building my confidence, I am looking for a calm home with someone who understands cat behaviour and will give me the space and patience I need to settle in. I have lived peacefully with a quiet senior dog, but I think I’d be happiest in a home without dogs, children, or other cats — somewhere I can relax and truly be myself ♥️.
