Affectionate and playful, Brooke (or Brandy as she's actually known as) likes to chase cat toys, particularly those attached to elastic on sticks, and loves snoozing up in the cat tower. Brandy is most interested in companionship in the early mornings and evenings, and then is pretty independent during daytime hours. She can be quite determined to get your attention when she is in the mood for fuss, and likes to put herself onto your lap and rub her face against your phone or laptop if you're distracted from paying her attention by a screen!

Generally low energy (with occasional bursts of playfulness), Brandy is affectionate but prefers to make the choice herself to sit or lay on her people rather than be picked up or held. Brandy has been raised in a home with 2 young children and a pet rabbit so is used to the bustle of a family home. She has been great with kids and would be a good fit for a family with children old enough to who understand that she doesn't like being grabbed.

Brandy is fostered with her friend Ed. These two cats have been raised together and get along well, so could be adopted together, although can be rehomed separately.

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, flea and worm treatment, microchip - including the transfer of ownership - and sterilisation.

ADOPTION DETAILS
To apply to adopt, please complete a SAFE Cat Adoption Enquiry Form via our website. You will be advised if your chosen cat is still available and then put in contact with the carer for a chance to ask further questions. If a meet-and-greet is then arranged, we will email the adoption paperwork and payment instructions to you prior to this. Please note payment must be made before adoption trial starts and we are unable to take cash payment.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial to ensure your chosen cat is the right fit for your home. After a successful trial period, SAFE Bunbury will arrange transfer of ownership on your new pet's microchip and email copies of their vet records out to you.
