6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Rocky the time needed to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Rocky be left alone each day, and who will assume the responsibility for him during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Rocky quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Rocky be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access as he pleases? Please describe Rocky’s proposed sleeping arrangements.
