About Ellie
Ellie is a magnificent white Great Dane with a heart as grand as her stature. Despite being partially deaf, Ellie exudes intelligence and charm in everything she does. Her capacity to connect with people is remarkable, and she quickly forms deep bonds with those who are fortunate enough to know her. She is a gentle giant who is eager to be a loyal companion and a cherished member of any loving household.
Ellie has a knack for adapting to her environment and picking up on visual cues. This clever girl is driven by companionship and is always ready to sit by your side or join you for leisurely walks. Her friendly demeanor makes Ellie an exceptional companion for households seeking an affectionate and devoted presence.
Though she may not hear all the sounds around her, she is attuned to the vibrations of love, and her perceptive nature ensures she'll continue to thrive in a nurturing environment. If you're ready to open your heart to a dog with endless affection and a wise, loving soul, Ellie could be the perfect addition to your home.

Adoption details
Once you are ready to adopt, please complete the Promising Paws Adoption Application questionnaire below. This is not a contract or agreement of any kind, just an expression of interest in the animal.
We will not authorise meets unless this has been completed and only approved applications may meet the dogs. Once you are approved and have submitted all relevant information, we will organise for you to meet the dog at your home or in a public place. If you have other animals they should please be at the meet.
Before applying, please consider and finalise the following: real estate approval, fence repair if needed, outside shelter areas and look into the dog's breed (e.g. size of dog, diet, temperament, exercise requirements).
*Same gender adoptions will not be considered. Same sex aggression is something at Promising Paws we will avoid.*
Supporting documents required:
Real estate approval or proof of home ownership such as a rates notice;
Photos of your fence and current pets, if applicable.
