This sweet girl has already given so much in her life, having raised a litter of kittens with patience and devotion. Now that her mothering days are behind her, Sapphire is ready to finally be the one who is cherished. She deserves a family who will spoil her with kindness, stability and love, a home where she can relax, feel safe, and enjoy the peaceful life she has more than earned.
Sapphire is looking for a single-cat home, where she can truly flourish as the centre of attention. She adores her humans and thrives when she can soak up all their affection without needing to share it. Whether it’s gentle pats, quiet company, or simply being near you while you go about your day, Sapphire is happiest when she knows she belongs.
One of Sapphire’s favourite pastimes is lounging in her cat tower, gazing out the window and watching the world go by. Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.

⦿ One of the RR team will reach out to discuss the adoption process with you - we are volunteers, please allow time for us to reach out to you!
⦿ Meet and greet is organised and completed - you head home! 💚
⦿ Family chats to decide if this adoption is right for you!
⦿ Adoption fee is paid
⦿ Contracts are signed and returned to RR
⦿ Pick up your new family member
⦿ 2 week trial period - during this time you can call and text any questions, concerns, celebrations etc to us!
⦿ At the end of the 2 week trial period we send you desex certificates, vaccination certificates and the microchip will be submitted for transfer into your name
Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
