Meet Fern, a quiet and tender-hearted cat who is ready for a fresh start and a loving forever home. Born on the streets, Fern’s early life was uncertain. While a kind person made sure he never went hungry, living outdoors was stressful, and he was often bullied by other stray cats. Despite this, Fern remained gentle and trusting, never losing his sweet nature.
Everything changed when the 9 Lives Project rescue team stepped in and gave Fern the care he truly deserved. He received the veterinary treatment he needed and, for the first time, the chance to feel safe. Now, away from the chaos of street life, Fern is learning what it means to relax, feel secure, and enjoy human companionship.

1. We ask that you fill in our Adoption Application before we make arrangements to meet a cat or kitten. This will help us to match you the best suited cat or kitten.

2. We will conduct an Interview via phone or video chat if your application is successful.
3. We will invite you to a meet and greet at a time that suits you and our foster carer.
4. If it is a purrfect match for cat and hooman, you will need to:
- Pay the adoption fee as listed. We accept direct deposit or cash.
- Sign our final adoption agreement and send it back to us
- We will conduct a house check and drop off your new friend. We carry out house checks to ensure that there aren't any escape routes, or toxic plants etc.
- We prefer our cats to remain indoors at all times for their safety and the safety of wildlife and are only outside if they have access to a cat run our are outside with supervision.
