Don't let his high energy fool you, Sammy is a total sweetheart. He is super friendly and deeply affectionate. He doesn't just wait for attention; he seeks it out! If you’re sitting down, expect a "Sammy-sized" visitor on your lap. If you’re standing up? He might just climb up for a perch on your shoulders to purr right in your ear.

Sammy is a natural-born explorer with a curious spirit. He views every bookshelf as a mountain to climb and every cardboard box as a new kingdom to discover. He would thrive in a home with:
-Vertical Space: Cat trees and shelves are a must for this climber!
-Room to Zoom: Space to burn off his kitten energy.
-Interactive Play: He loves toys that challenge his mind and body.

Sammy has a lot of love to give, and he’d love to share it with his favorite playmate, his sister, Sunny! These two are the perfect duo; they spend their days play-fighting, grooming one another, and crashing together for long naps after a big "zoomie" session.
Adopter Note: Sammy would be happiest in a home where he has a fellow feline friend to keep up with his energy, and he would especially love to be adopted as a pair with Sunny.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
