Blitzen

Hi, I’m Blitzen. I might not always be the loudest one in the room, but I notice everything and I love deeply. When I first meet new animals, I can be a little unsure. I like to take a moment to work things out and make sure I am safe. Once I know I am, I settle in quickly and become part of the family. I have adjusted beautifully with the other cats here and now move around with calm confidence.

Dogs were a bit confusing for me at first and I was not entirely convinced. With time and gentle reassurance, I realised they were friendly and meant no harm. These days I am relaxed around them and show no fear at all. I am gentle by nature and very loving with the people in my world. New faces do not worry me. I enjoy being picked up, cuddled and held close and I am very trusting once I know I am cared for.

I am quite content spending time on my own and often wander off to find a quiet spot to sleep or play. Because of that, I would be just fine as an only cat, although I also do well with others. Children have not been part of my experience yet, but with my soft and patient nature I would likely be a lovely companion for them.

I enjoy climbing tall towers and batting springs and balls around when the mood strikes. My litter habits are perfect and I have never had any issues. I am easy, calm and quietly affectionate.
