About Donald
Meet Donald!
Donald is a very shy, quiet kitten who has not yet come out of his shell. He prefers his own company and feels safest when he can observe the world from a distance, moving through his space slowly and cautiously. New environments and interactions can be overwhelming for him, and he relies on calm, predictable routines to feel secure.
Donald will need a patient, dedicated home willing to put in the time and gentle work required to help him build trust. Progress for him will come in small steps - learning that people can be safe, that routines are reliable, and that his boundaries will be respected. While he may not be affectionate right away, with consistency and understanding, Donald has the potential to grow in confidence in his own time.
He would do best in a quiet household with a family that are willing to meet him exactly where he is. In return, the reward is subtle but meaningful: the chance to watch a very timid kitten slowly learn to feel safe and secure in the world.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adoption one of our advertised animals, please contact us on 48681520 where we can discuss suitability and arrange a time to meet in person.
Our adoption process for dogs and cats involves filling out an application which can be obtained when you visit the shelter to view the animals. At least 24 hours after the application is received, it will be reviewed by our Team Leader and staff to discuss suitability.
If your application has been successful we will give you a call and arrange a time for collection.
If you are interested in any of our pets, your best option is to call us on 4868 1520 during opening hours (10am to 4pm Mon-Fri, 10am to 12pm Sat, Closed Sun), or leave a message with phone number so we can return your call. Appointments are required for all people looking to visit the shelter.
*Please Note* That all animals have to be collected from the shelter in Moss Vale we unfortunately do not have any transport available.
