About Kiko
Meet Kiko!
Kiko is a gentle, kind-hearted girl with a sweet soul and a loving nature. A little shy at first, she blossoms beautifully once she feels safe, revealing her friendly and affectionate personality. Kiko has a calm, comforting presence and carries herself like a true big sister, often showing patience and kindness to the other cats around her.
This lovely girl adores the company of other cats and truly thrives in a home with feline friends. She loves to curl up close, happily becoming a lap cat once trust is built, and her soothing purrs are never far away when she’s content. Food is one of the quickest ways to Kiko’s heart, and mealtimes are her favourite moments of the day.
Quietly affectionate and endlessly gentle, Kiko would be perfect for a loving home that understands shy kitties and is happy to let her settle in at her own pace. With a little time, she will reward you with unwavering loyalty, soft cuddles, and a warm purring presence that makes a house feel like home.

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.

~The Adoption Process~
⦿ Adoption enquiry comes through
⦿ One of the RR team will reach out to discuss the adoption process with you - we are volunteers, please allow time for us to reach out to you!
⦿ Meet and greet is organised and completed - you head home! 💚
⦿ Family chats to decide if this adoption is right for you!
⦿ Adoption fee is paid
⦿ Contracts are signed and returned to RR
⦿ Pick up your new family member
⦿ 2 week trial period - during this time you can call and text any questions, concerns, celebrations etc to us!
⦿ At the end of the 2 week trial period we send you desex certificates, vaccination certificates and the microchip will be submitted for transfer into your name
Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
