About Luffy
Meet Luffy 🐾
Luffy is a beautiful, well mannered puppy with a calm and gentle nature that makes him an absolute pleasure to have around. He loves people and is confident and friendly with everyone he meets.
He has been in foster care since he was 6 weeks old and has been raised in a family home with kids, so he is used to everyday noise, routines, and being part of a busy household. This early start has really set him up to be a lovely family dog.
Luffy already sits and waits patiently for his food and has good recall for his age. He is learning to toilet train and is picking things up quickly. He enjoys playtime, walks, and spending time close to his people, then happily settles when things are quiet.
He would suit a home that wants a puppy who has had a great start in life and is ready to keep learning. Ongoing training, routine, and love will help him continue to grow into a confident and well adjusted adult dog.

Medical notes
Luffy has an overbite and base narrow canines. This is something that will need to be reassessed by a veterinarian as he grows, as puppy jaw alignment can change with age.
At this stage he is comfortable, eating well, and not in pain. In some cases simple management such as ball therapy is recommended to help guide tooth position while puppies are still growing. Your vet will be able to monitor this and advise if any treatment is needed later on.
Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed
