About Harold
Meet Harold, the feline dynamo who is always on the move! With an incredibly active and playful demeanor, Harold thrives on interaction and playtime. He's not shy when it comes to an assortment of toys, finding immense joy in chasing lasers or batting around his favourite playthings.
Harold has a tightly knit bond with his brother but has shown he can make friends with other cats too, making him a versatile addition to any household. Given a bit of time to settle in, Harold blossoms from a timid newcomer into a spirited, playful friend who'll have the run of your house in no time. He takes delight in play sessions and is eager to build a lasting friendship with patient and loving companions.
An avid treat enthusiast, Harold appreciates a home where goodies and affection abound. Once he's comfortable, he'll reward you with endless foot races and the companionable energy of a furry best friend. Harold would thrive in a home with another feline friend to keep him company and engage in exciting play sessions.

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.

~The Adoption Process~
⦿ Adoption enquiry comes through
⦿ One of the RR team will reach out to discuss the adoption process with you - we are volunteers, please allow time for us to reach out to you!
⦿ Meet and greet is organised and completed - you head home! 💚
⦿ Family chats to decide if this adoption is right for you!
⦿ Adoption fee is paid
⦿ Contracts are signed and returned to RR
⦿ Pick up your new family member
⦿ 2 week trial period - during this time you can call and text any questions, concerns, celebrations etc to us!
⦿ At the end of the 2 week trial period we send you desex certificates, vaccination certificates and the microchip will be submitted for transfer into your name
Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
