About Mugatu

😸 Loves other cats, and would adore a feline friend or two
🐶 Untested with dogs, but would likely be fine with a slow introduction
👶🏻 Great with kids, as long as they're gentle and not overly loud
🏠 Strictly indoors only (a fully enclosed, professionally installed catio is fine)

From heartbreak to happily ever after
Mugatu is the only survivor of his litter. When he and his siblings were about 3 weeks old, all the others passed away in rapid succession for reasons that could not be determined.
After this heartbreaking ordeal, Mugatu was introduced to a new litter who quickly took him under their wing. Luckily this new family turned out to be a wonderful match, and Mugatu thrived with them.
This sweet little guy had an incredibly rough start to life but now he is happy, healthy, and finally ready for his happily ever after.
Mugatu is bouncy and silly and sweet and outgoing and playful and incredibly cuddly!
He is everything you could want in a kitten- the perfect balance of purry and precocious. He gets along wonderfully with other cats and would thrive with another cat. He would also likely get along with a cat-friendly dog.
When Magatu joined the other litter, he found immediate companionship with a kitten named Katinka, whom he instantly began to follow around and mirror. The two would be a wonderful pairing to be adopted together. They have been partners in crime from the get-go and balance each other's energies perfectly.
Mugatu would suit just about any home. Come and meet him and we guarantee you'll fall in love.

Adoption details
If interested in a cat that is available for adoption, we require you to fill out an adoption application, and one of our lovely foster carers will give you a call to organise a time for a meet and greet.
Please note: As we are all volunteers with limited time up our sleeves, we prefer all interested potential adopters to fill out an application, rather than send an enquiry, as this helps us know more about you and what you are after, and saves us all a lot of time!
