Flutie enjoys affection on his own terms, especially a good head scratch, but he's not into being picked up or cuddled. He's an independent leader who values respect and personal space. And when it comes to food? He's a true connoisseur! Slow feeders and enrichment toys will keep his brilliant mind engaged while slowing down his enthusiastic eating.

Principal's Rules for Success:
✔ Start him in a small, cozy launch room before giving him the run of the school (your house).
✔ Provide plenty of safe spaces-scratching posts, cat trees, cardboard boxes, and shelves for high and low hideaways.
✔ A patient, understanding adopter who can give him time to settle and recognize his signals.
✔ Teens or older children who understand cat body language and respect his boundaries.

Staff Note: Principal Flutie prefers to be the only cat in his domain. He might tolerate a calm, respectful dog if introductions are managed carefully.
