About Cinder
Meet Cinder – our special little guy with a special little eye.
Cinder is sweet, gentle, calm, and incredibly affectionate. He’s always the one curled up on your lap or tucked right by your side, soaking up every bit of company. His foster carers say he is one of the most affectionate kittens they’ve ever had the privilege of caring for.
He has the warmest, gentlest nature and just loves being with his people. He shows this constantly by making biscuits, purring like a well-tuned V8 engine, and head-butting your hands for more pats.
Despite his quirky little eye, you’d never know it — Cinder plays, runs, and explores just like any other happy kitten. It doesn’t slow him down one bit.
He is very comfortable around other adult cats and would make a wonderful companion for a feline friend who enjoys company.
We are looking for a truly special home for this beautiful boy — one that will cherish him as much as he deserves.
To apply to meet Cinder, please complete the pre-adoption application under his profile. If you are a match, one of our volunteers will be in touch.
Cinder is in foster care in Western Sydney.
Adoption details
STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW: I will come desexed, vaccinated (1st F3) and microchipped and will have up to date worm and flea treatments.
ADOPTING ME: You must be able to provide me with a loving long term and safe home. I would be fine in an apartment as long as I didn't have free run of the balcony if it wasn't fully enclosed. Please ensure your house or apartment can contain a cat inside (ie fly screens etc).
Please remember that I have thought seriously about taking you on and when you take me home, I am committing to you for life. So, I hope you have thought seriously about this and are likewise planning on committing to me.
ABOUT YOU: Given you know all about me, my foster parents would like to know something about who my new parents are going to be. They have rescued me and have given me a lot of care and love. I know they love me and therefore want the best for me.
ABOUT US: AWL Western Suburbs branch wants to promote adoptions of cats from our foster carers & pounds. If you would like to help us, please feel free to contact us and find out how you may assist, including being a foster parent.
All adoptions will require a Pre-adoption application form completed and returned prior to a meet & greet with our cats. Please note that several people may be applying for the same cat so we need time to review all applicants. We do not re-home to the first to apply, we re-home to who best suits the needs of the cat or kitten. All applications will be considered individually and approval will be at the discretion of the AWL NSW Branch Representative, with their decision being final.
