An ideal day for King includes playtime with a diverse array of toys, followed by indulging in his favorite treats. While King is not particularly fond of being picked up, he thoroughly enjoys snuggling in bed, showering his feline friends with affection, and sharing cuddles galore. His genuine and companionable nature makes him a delightful addition to any home that can provide him with the company of other cats.
King Fluffernutter truly thrives in the company of another feline friend. If you don't currently have another cat, consider adopting his sister as well so they can continue their adventures together. If you are searching for a family member who is as sweet as he is playful, King Fluffernutter might just be the purr-fect match for you!

We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.

~The Adoption Process~
⦿ Adoption enquiry comes through
⦿ One of the RR team will reach out to discuss the adoption process with you - we are volunteers, please allow time for us to reach out to you!
⦿ Meet and greet is organised and completed - you head home! 💚
⦿ Family chats to decide if this adoption is right for you!
⦿ Adoption fee is paid
⦿ Contracts are signed and returned to RR
⦿ Pick up your new family member
⦿ 2 week trial period - during this time you can call and text any questions, concerns, celebrations etc to us!
⦿ At the end of the 2 week trial period we send you desex certificates, vaccination certificates and the microchip will be submitted for transfer into your name
Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
