About 🍭 Penelope 6667 🍭
Penelope is a friendly and affectionate girl looking for a supportive new home. She enjoys human company and forms strong bonds with her people, making her a loving companion for someone who can give her regular attention.
She loves toys and playtime and enjoys sharing these activities with her family. Penelope has lived well with other dogs and would benefit from continued socialisation to help build her confidence.
Penelope is a gentle dog who is currently managing some anxiety with medication. She does best with a predictable routine and will need a home committed to maintaining this, along with ongoing training and enrichment.
Her ideal home is with a patient and compassionate family willing to invest time in her care and training. With the right support, Penelope will be a loyal, affectionate companion.
Penelope is water obsessed; clam pool and large buckets of water are essential!
Penelope can also be a bit reactive to hoses, something we are working on with her, but will require consistency in the future.
Medical notes
Penelope is currently trialling fluoxetine and pregabalin to help with her anxiety.
