Meet Colby, a five-year-old gentleman who was found as a stray in Langwarrin and is now looking for his new beginning at The Lost Dogs Home in North Melbourne. At first glance, Colby might look a little unimpressed; he is famous around the shelter for his naturally "grumpy" face. But we promise he is one of the sweetest, most affectionate cats you could ever hope to meet. His tough exterior is just a front for a heart of absolute gold.

During his time in our care, Colby has shown us just how much he values companionship. He has formed an incredibly touching friendship with his pod-mate, Kerri. The two are frequently found curled up together, sharing their space and spending hours grooming and licking each other's faces. It is a truly heartwarming bond to witness; they provide each other with a level of comfort and security that has helped them both thrive in the shelter environment.

While Colby and Kerri are not technically classified as a "bonded pair," they really do love one another, and their friendship is something quite special. Because they bring out the best in each other, we would love to see them find a forever home where they can stay together.
