Ember

Like a spark rescued from the flames, Ember rose from a challenging start to become one of the sweetest souls you'll ever meet. She was rescued at Fire Rescue Victoria along with her kittens, and now that her babies are safe, it's Ember's turn to find a loving forever home of her own.

Ember is a total lovebug, the kind of cat whose purr ignites the moment you reach out to pat her. She's incredibly affectionate and thrives on human attention, happily soaking up as many cuddles and pats as you're willing to give. If you're looking for a constant companion to warm your heart and your lap, Ember is ready to shine.

She would do best in a home where she can be the center of attention and included in daily life. While we're unsure how Ember feels about other cats, her gentle nature suggests that slow, gradual introductions would be the best way to help her feel comfortable.

With her friendly and calm temperament, Ember could also do well with cat-savvy children who understand how to treat her with kindness and respect.

Ember may be named for fire, but there's nothing fierce about her-just a soft, steady glow of affection waiting to light up the right home.

This pet is currently onsite at our Craigieburn shelter (23 Grasslands Avenue, Craigieburn) and ready to find their forever home! Our adoption hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 3.30pm and Saturday from 11am to 2pm, excluding Public Holidays.
