About Bluey
🧡 Meet Bluey 🧡
Bluey is a gorgeous ginger boy with an adventurous soul and the softest, sweetest heart. Curious and confident, he loves exploring his world, padding after his humans and his brother to see what’s happening next. New toys, new spaces, or new cuddle spots, Bluey is always keen to be involved.
Despite his brave little explorer spirit, Bluey is a total cuddlebug at heart. He adores affection and happily purrs his way into your arms whenever he gets the chance. He’s also quite vocal, always ready to chat or gently call out when he wants company, cuddles, or reassurance that you’re nearby.
Bluey absolutely adores his brother Crimson and shares an incredibly special bond with him. He loves being lovingly groomed by Crimson, soaking up every bath like it’s the best treat, and following closely in his brother’s footsteps. Crimson is his guide, his comfort, and his favourite cuddle partner, and the two are often found curled up together in the sweetest cuddle puddles.
Because Bluey is such a social and affectionate kitten, he needs another friendly cat in his forever home. We would truly love to see Bluey adopted together with Crimson, as they are deeply bonded and bring each other confidence, comfort, and joy. If they can’t go home together, Bluey will need a household with another welcoming feline friend.
Gentle, chatty, adventurous, and endlessly loving, Bluey is the kind of kitten who fills a home with warmth, laughter, and constant cuddles. Bring Bluey home, and you’ll gain a loyal little ginger shadow who will follow you straight into your heart.

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.

⦿ Adoption enquiry comes through
⦿ One of the RR team will reach out to discuss the adoption process with you - we are volunteers, please allow time for us to reach out to you!
⦿ Meet and greet is organised and completed - you head home! 💚
⦿ Family chats to decide if this adoption is right for you!
⦿ Adoption fee is paid
⦿ Contracts are signed and returned to RR
⦿ Pick up your new family member
⦿ 2 week trial period - during this time you can call and text any questions, concerns, celebrations etc to us!
⦿ At the end of the 2 week trial period we send you desex certificates, vaccination certificates and the microchip will be submitted for transfer into your name
Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
