Through no fault of her own, Audrey is needing a new home after her owner’s health changed significantly and she could no longer provide the care Audrey needs. It’s a very sad situation all round.

Audrey has been in temporary care for the past few weeks, but she is used to having people around more often and is finding long periods alone quite difficult. She would truly thrive in a home where she has regular companionship and can be part of everyday life.

• A loving companion who adores cuddles and affection
• Calm, placid and affectionate at home
• Very gentle and trusting with people of all ages, including children
• Previously lived happily with another dog and enjoyed the companionship
• May suit a calm male dog of similar age
• On walks she can appear a little unsure or standoffish at first
• Can be protective around other dogs, so calm, sensible introductions are important

🎾 Audrey loves
• Her noisy hamburger ball — she’ll happily play soccer and pounce on it for ages

🏡 Home requirements
• Inside girl and sleeps inside at night
• Secure fencing required (not a digger or jumper)
• No cats or pocket pets
