Hello, my name is Edgar. I'm a young kitten, and like my brother Eugene, I didn't have the best start in life. Because of that, I'm very shy and even more fearful, and I find the world a bit overwhelming right now. I tend to keep my distance and look for places where I can feel hidden and safe.

I'll need a home that understands how important patience and gentleness are for a kitten like me. Sudden movements, loud noises, or too much attention too quickly can be scary, so a quiet home-or one that's committed to going very slowly-would suit me best. I may take longer to come out of my shell, but that doesn't mean I don't want connection; I just need time to learn that people can be kind and predictable.

With consistent love, a calm environment, and someone willing to let me move at my own pace, I have the potential to blossom. I'm looking for a special person who can see past my fear and help me feel safe enough to discover who I'm meant to be.
