Phoenix is named for her fighting spirit - a tiny torti girl who blossomed into a playful, curious little adventurer. She loves being up high, watching the world from the top of the cat tree or her outdoor enclosure, keeping an eye on birds as they zoom past (equal parts fascinating and suspicious). Phoenix throws herself into life with enthusiasm – scrunchy toys, jingly balls, plush toys and chasing her sister are all very serious business.

She’s sweet-natured and affectionate, but when playtime calls she’s off like a flash - sometimes wriggling out of arms to get back to the fun. Phoenix is clever, quick and a little sneaky, with a talent for slipping out the moment a door opens if you’re not paying attention. She can be a bit hissy if bigger cats charge at her, but with calm, respectful introductions she settles in well and gets along just fine.

Phoenix would thrive in a loving home that appreciates her playful energy, climbing skills and independent streak - somewhere she can explore, zoom, perch up high and then come back for purrs when she’s ready.
