About Lola -Desexed and Vaccinated
*** i'm trying a new home***
lola was seen hopping down a busy road, and was caught by some very caring people working at a car yard. After spending most of the day calling all the various pounds and councils in the area (who didn't have space for her), they found our shelter. Upon arrival, it seems like lola had been dumped malnourished with her backbone protruding, and a belly full of babies. Sure enough, the second day she gave birth, however due to her poor physical state she could not produce any milk to feed her young family. Lola has been with us a few weeks and has really gained condition. She will be desexed and vaccinated prior to adoption, which is included in her rehoming fee. (update: this has now been done)
despite everything this girl has been through, she has a beautiful nature and will run up to you and enjoy being patted and fussed over. She is not fond of being picked up, so a home that respects this is important, although she does not kick when in experienced hands. Naturally, she is very keen on her food and has a very healthy appetite! and my. . . . Wait till you see her massive ears! just a gorgeous girl all-round who needs more luck in her new life with caring owners. Non-rabbity people are quite afraid of lola, because her size is intimidating and she is desperate to get to you for hugs and pats. The most common thing we heard when lola was greeting new people was *arrgh. . . Why is she following me like that? rabbits aren't supposed to be like dogs!*. Well. . . That's our lola. She's just so lovable!
if you would like to meet lola, please fill in an adoption form on our website: www. Porschesrescue. Com

Medical notes
Vaccinated -please note that due to the release of calici virus, all bunnies adopted from us will be vaccinated. Desexing normally costs anywhere from $100-$360. Vaccinations are from $40-80 (costs differ between vet clinics). Therefore please don't try to haggle the price of the animal for adoption. If you can't afford the adoption fee, you certainly wont afford the ongoing costs associated with animals
