***The Nevermore Nook***

Greetings. I am Thing straight from the wonderfully weird world of Wednesday. I may look like a polite black-and-white kitten, but do not be fooled. At the faintest jingle of a feather wand bell, I activate full chaos mode and come hurtling into the room at approximately one million miles an hour. I leap, twist, launch, and briefly forget the laws of physics in my quest to capture The Feather. Obstacles are irrelevant. Gravity is optional.

When I am not airborne, I am your shadow. A loyal, silent, slightly judgmental shadow. Wherever you go, I will be there, appearing beside you like a surprise plot twist you didn’t know you needed, but now can’t live without. If I decide to rest near you, you will be rewarded with my signature low, grumbly purr, the kind that vibrates straight through your soul and makes you question how such a small creature produces such a dramatic sound.

I take my meals very seriously and will enthusiastically supervise dinner preparation, offering moral support, encouragement, and intense staring until the food appears. Playtime is equally intense... crazy eyes engaged, ninja paws activated, bouncing out of dark corners like a spooky little gremlin on a mission. I am fast. I am focused. I am unstoppable.

I am also deeply committed to my role as Workplace Supervisor. If you work from home, expect me to assist by jumping into Teams meetings, inspecting keyboards, or curling up beside your monitors while silently judging your productivity.

So, if you are ready for a high-energy, slightly spooky, fiercely loyal little companion who believes every day should include play, food, supervision, and dramatic entrances, congratulations. You may just be worthy of adopting Thing.

All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
