About Miffy
If you choose to take Miffy home, she promises she will look after you and give you lots and lots of kisses!
Coming from hardship as a lost racer, Miffy found companionship in people and chose someone’s shoulder to be her homing location instead.
Since rescue, Miffy has continued to be more than trusting of people and always does an excited spin when she spots you. Whether it be your head, shoulder, hands or lap, Miffy will be there asking for love and attention!
Miffy needs a home where someone can devote many hours to her each day as a single companion pigeon, or with a friend to keep her company. Either way, Miffy will be sure to charm her way into your heart!

Once you have expressed interest in a bird, we ask that you formally apply to adopt via our adoption form (this can be done ahead of time) which can be found on our website:

Please make sure to read our HOUSING REQUIREMENTS and ADOPTION POLICY.
From there we will work with the adopter to find a bird that suits their lifestyle, and organise a meet and greet at our shelter. We offer continious support post-adoption and are always available for help or questions.
