Meet Crunchie, affectionately known as “Crunchie girl,” a perfectly bite sized bundle of sweetness with a heart that’s pure gold! 💕
Age: Currently 10 weeks

✨ Crunchie is a real treat, a beautiful tabby calico with expressive hazel eyes that could melt you with one look. Slightly smaller than her brother, she has a sweet presence that makes her utterly irresistible.
🧶 Crunchie loves Interactive play and chasing toys, especially when she can set the pace and savour the fun, often alongside her brother Oreo. She loves long naps in cosy, tucked-away spots, because every sweet girl needs her rest between playtime. Crunchie loves watching the world from high places before deciding whether to unwrap herself and join in the fun!
🛋️ Crunchie enjoys the sofa, cat tree, under the bed, and elevated lookout points where she can keep an eye on the goings on of the house.
💕 Crunchie is gentle and affectionate with humans. She loves toys, enjoys affection, and forms lovely, trusting bonds. Her late-night cuddles are the kind that stick with you, and her tiny nose kisses are pure sugar on top.
👧🐾 Crunchie on a confident around calm, respectful kids; if they’re gentle, she’ll happily come out to play and sprinkle a little sweetness into their day!
🐾 Crunchie lives with her brother Oreo, and together they’re the perfect chocolate combo — playing, grooming, and snoozing side by side. She would love to continue life with Oreo as a bonded pair, or would go well with another kitten or young cat.
🍫 Crunchie has really come out of her shell (and wrapper!) in foster care. Her confidence has grown beautifully, and while she still has a delicate, princess-like energy, she’s inquisitive, playful, and wonderfully affectionate, especially when it’s time to curl up and melt into a cuddle.
🏡 Crunchie would thrive in a calm, loving home with toys, enrichment, window views, and elevated spaces. She’s comfortable with background noise and would suit a gentle household. While she could adapt on her own, she’d be extra delightful in a double-choc household with her brother Oreo or another young, playful cat.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
