About Mia
Meet Mia — the adventurous little cattle dog x with a BIG personality and an even bigger love for tummy rubs 💕
This gorgeous girl is equal parts clever, cheeky and affectionate. Mia’s idea of the perfect day involves zoomies with her humans, exploring the world, then dramatically flopping onto her back for belly rubs the second you walk near her 😂
Mia is fully toilet trained, knows her manners around meal times and already has an impressive list of tricks under her belt:
🐾 Sit
🐾 Shake paws (one at a time because she’s a lady)
🐾 Wait patiently for food
🐾 Lay down (still mastering this one but she’s trying her best)
Like many young cattle dog mixes, Mia is still learning that not everyone appreciates being launched at with excitement, so she’s working on her jumping manners. She’s incredibly smart and very food motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding.
She’s fantastic with adventures, loves running alongside her people and is generally wonderful with other dogs — especially larger breeds where she tends to be more submissive. She’s Halti and harness trained and walks beautifully with guidance.
Now for the honest bits, because Mia deserves the perfect fit:
⚠️ She has a strong prey drive, so no unsupervised access to chickens, birds, guinea pigs or other small animals.
⚠️ She can become protective around human food if another dog is nearby, so management and awareness are important in multi-dog homes.
Mia isn’t a “sit quietly in the corner” type of girl — she’s a loving, active, funny companion who wants to be included in life. She’ll thrive with people who understand working breeds and can continue guiding her into the amazing dog she’s already becoming ❤️
