Hi, I’m Lil Wayne
In honour of our transporter Wayne Lavelle's passing, meet Lil Wayne!! I’m a gentle, shy little guy who’s still learning about the world. I came into care at just 10 weeks old with my brother Tonka, underweight and needing some extra TLC. Thanks to lots of good food, kindness, and time, I’m now starting to shine like a puppy my age should.

I’m calm, sweet, and affectionate once I feel safe. I love food, quiet cuddles, playing with my dog friends (especially my puppy mate Jazz), water play, and snuggling my soft teddy. I can be a bit unsure if rushed by new people or bigger dogs, so I’ll thrive in a patient, gentle home that lets me build confidence at my own pace.

I sleep happily with other dogs, eat twice a day, and I’m still learning my toilet training. I’m just beginning my training journey—learning things like wearing a collar and sitting—and I’m crate trained too.

I’m located at BAR HQ in Jimboomba and ready to find a calm, loving home where I can keep growing and feeling safe.
