Calanthe is a delightful and energetic dog who wants to be involved in everything you do. If you are looking for a whip-smart sidekick to join your adventures, she's your gal.

Calanthe is extremely friendly to all shapes and sizes of human, dog and cat. She is working on learning to approach these new friends calmly! Her puppy energy and curiosity will need attentive, ongoing training to help grow her manners and to be chill in new environments.

She's a quick learner and has come a long way in her short time in foster care - especially developing her lead skills. Calanthe takes good care of her soft toys and is not destructive in the home or garden… unless she gets bored. She happily settles in an indoor pen, is partially crate-trained and fully toilet-trained.

Calanthe came from the countryside and is still getting acclimatised to busy suburban environments. She needs someone willing to engage with her for a good energy burn in an enclosed space at least twice a day, but can be left alone for 4-5 hours at a time without issue.

She is a confident, sweet, athletic dog who loves to work and learn tricks - making her well suited to an active person or family. Her foster parents think she'd make and excellent addition to the dog agility or flyball communities.
