About Henry
Meet Henry, the dog with boundless enthusiasm and a heart full of love! Despite his disability, Henry exudes energy and vitality that brighten every room he enters. His spirit is truly infectious, and he has an unparalleled zest for life that will bring bright energy to any home.
Henry is an ultimate playbuddy who loves to romp around with his favorite toys, turning every day into a joyous adventure. Whether it's a wandering into the garden or playing with his squeaky toys indoors, Henry is always ready to join in on the fun.
One of Henry's defining features is his friendly nature. He adores meeting new people and makes friends with other dogs effortlessly. His cheerful demeanor makes him an ideal companion for families, social butterflies, or anyone with love to give. He will fit right into any home where he can get plenty of playtime and affection.
Medical notes
So Henry was born with a hind limb deformatiy, though despite our best efforts the only option was for amputation of both hind limbs.
We belive he is likely incontinent, he often has small poop accidents in his bed over night, but is easily managed as they are always well formed. Nappies could be considered with training, but daily bathing would be required if this path was taken.
Henry's morning awake can also result in small amounts of pee as he runs outside for the toliet. He does not leak continuously, though will often pee when he get overly excited.
Little Henry has a small wheelie walker, but he seems to get a little frustrated with it as he can zoom around well without it even managing to climb 4 stairs in foster home.
