About Lilo
Meet Lilo 💔🐾 located in Newman
Lilo’s story didn’t start the way it should have.
She came to us with a serious fracture to her leg, and the amazing team at Newman Vet Clinic fought so hard to save it. Every option was explored, every chance given… but her injury was just too severe. In the end, the kindest choice was the hardest one, amputation.
Lilo has endured 8 weeks of watching the world go by from behind bars on cage rest and wanting to play, cuddle, and just be a dog again. Through it all, Lilo never lost her gentle spirit.
And then came surgery day.
Within 45 minutes, this brave little soul was up and walking on three legs, as if to say, “I’ve got this.” 💪 she has bounced back like nothing we’ve seen before!
Now it’s finally Lilo’s time to shine.
She is goofy, playful, and endlessly sweet. A total heart stealer who just wants love, freedom, and a family of her own. She has beautiful manners, is great with kids, great with other dogs, and would fit perfectly into a loving home.
Lilo doesn’t want sympathy — she wants a chance. A couch to curl up on. A yard to explore. A family to call her own.
After everything she’s been through, she deserves nothing less. 💕
