Murphy

Murphy is a big, beautiful gentle giant with the sweetest nature. At 7.5kg, he’s a solid boy with an even bigger heart. He’s affectionate, relaxed, and endlessly lovable.
His favourite things are food, naps, cuddles and being brushed. He enjoys interactive toys but isn’t overly energetic. Murphy sleeps happily on your bed in his fluffy bed and loves being close to his people. He enjoys cuddles and doesn’t mind being picked up — provided you can manage his size!
He gets along well with cats and dogs when introduced properly. He is untested with children, but given his calm temperament, he would likely do well with gentle, respectful kids.
Because of his love for food, he will require structured mealtimes and careful portion control.
He would make a wonderful companion for a family or individual seeking a calm, affectionate cat.
Murphy has been raised in a gentle, caring home and is a much-loved member of our family. He’s affectionate, calm and endlessly sweet, with a heart as big as he is.
We’re looking for a home that will cherish Murphy, provide him with love, routine and gentle companionship, and keep him indoors, hopefully with access to a secure outdoor enclosure. Our goal is to see him settled into a home where he feels safe, adored and truly part of the family.
