About Lexi (49344)
Lexi is searching for a chilled-out retirement home where she can relax and enjoy her golden years in comfort. She came to GAWS through no fault of her own and has been wonderful to handle, happily soaking up affection from her people.
During her assessment, Lexi showed that she is comfortable walking past other dogs and does not have issues with them in passing. That said, she can be selective with canine friendships and has made it clear that she is not a fan of the energetic antics of young or boisterous dogs. Because of this, Lexi would be happiest as the only pet in her home.
Lexi is reported to be housetrained, walks well on lead, and is in good health for a lady of her age, making her an easy companion for a quiet, low-key household. She has no known history with children, so any kids in the home would need to be calm, understanding, and respectful of dog boundaries.
If you're looking to offer a peaceful, loving home to a sweet senior who simply wants companionship and comfort, Lexi may be the perfect match.
