NEO – New Dawn Litter

NEO is a swee-natured, active boy from our New Dawn Litter and is already showing himself to be a charming little dog. He weighed 3.6 kg on 29 December and was the third biggest pup in the litter. He’s the only one sporting a touch of his mum’s gorgeous brindle colouring, giving him a distinctive and very handsome coat.
NEO is playful, cheeky and endlessly entertaining. With his tiger-striped coat and mischievous personality, he loves sneaking up on his siblings like a cat and pouncing with glee. He’s a confident little scallywag who enjoys games, interaction and showing off his sense of fun, while still being a sweet, affectionate pup who loves people and affection.
BREED INFORMATION:
Neo’s mum, Xena, is a Mastiff x Bull Arab and is a beautiful example of both breeds — gentle, affectionate, and excellent with children. Xena is a much-loved family dog and her photo appears in this profile. Neo’s dad has remained somewhat mysterious, but we’re told he’s a Cattle Dog from down the road, which adds intelligence, loyalty and athleticism to the mix.
Based on his parentage, Neo is likely to grow into a medium-to-large dog who will thrive with good socialisation, basic training, and plenty of human companionship.
Neo has received his first puppy vaccination, with the remainder of the course to be completed in line with veterinary advice.
Please note that Neo’s puppy photos were taken at the vet during the litter’s initial examination.
ADOPTION DETAILS:
Neo will be ready to join his new home from 7 January. His adoption fee includes the cost of desexing when age appropriate, subject to the terms and conditions of our Deferred Desexing Program. This means he can go to his new home undesexed, but his new family must agree to strict conditions regarding preventing breeding and ensuring he is desexed at an agreed and appropriate time.
Neo is available for INTERSTATE ADOPTION, provided he travels to his new home by road rather than by air. We are happy to assist with arranging travel.
Neo is looking for a home with secure fencing, loving humans who will treat him as part of the family, and guidance through puppyhood with consistency and kindness as he grows into the wonderful dog he’s meant to be.

29 December 2025 - Pup was vet-checked, vaccinated (C3), microchipped and wormed. Next vaccination & worming due on 29 January 2026.

Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the “meet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
