Penny

This gorgeous girl has endured neglect she absolutely did not deserve. She was starved for a prolonged period of time, and was very underweight. We can only imagine the horrors she had to go through, with the constant hunger & feeling unloved.

Despite her harsh start to the world, Penny has the sweetest nature, a playful soul and the biggest heart. Here at the Bundy shelter, we utterly adore her. She has such a endearing, forgiving nature and all she wants is to press herself up to her favourite humans for a snuggle. She loves nothing more than being close, feeling safe & secure with the people that she trusts. Penny also has a playful nature, loving to play with all of her toys like a big puppy.

Penny is still gradually putting on weight, but has come very far since being here in our shelter. With several small meals a day she has been gaining weight at a safe rate. She loves her food! Penny adores everyone at the Bundy shelter, getting along with anyone who will show her some love.

Penny previously lived with two other dogs, and is very social with dogs and humans alike. Penny previously lived with young children, and adored them. She is untested with cats. She enjoys going out for a walk, and a play either in her pen or outside in an enclosed yard.

Penny's Favourite Things!
- Penny adores having a snuggle with her humans, an utter lovebug.
- Penny loves having a good play with all of her toys! She is a big puppy at heart still! She loves fetch, Tug-of-war, all of it!
- Penny also loves her food. She will never say no to a treat! She enjoys having a pigs ear in her pen and settling down for a nap afterwards.

Training and Habits
- Penny is new to living indoors, as she previously lived outdoors. But with patience and training will adapt to being toilet trained.
- Daily walks are a ritual for Penny, she loves going out for a stroll.

Penny has a beautiful energy about her. She has a very loving vibe that makes you want to curl up with her & let her know that everything from now on will be fine. She deserves the absolute best & most loving home, filled with security.
