Basil

Basil is a Maremma, Border Collie mix and is best suited to live on acreage. His foster family adore him and this is what they have to say
Basil is a kind-natured little soul with a lovely balance of independence and affection. He enjoys exploring his world with curiosity and confidence, but always comes back for attention from his people. Basil is very affectionate and expressive — he greets those he loves with excited little sounds, enthusiastic tail wags and plenty of kisses. He is a clever boy who has already learned sit and down and is proudly working on handshake. Basil is excellent with toileting, highly food-motivated, and a pleasure to care for — he is calm and cooperative for baths and nail trims, and is relaxed and settled in the car. Overall, he’s a very clever, chilled out happy little dude who adores his people (he tends to shadow me everywhere I go).
