At just 2 years old, Monica is a bright, bubbly little pocket rocket who’s ready to bring joy, energy, and endless affection into her forever home. She loves everyone she meets (and everyone she hasn’t met yet!) and has the sweetest habit of curling up at your feet after her adventures.
With Christmas around the corner, Monica has just one wish , to start 2026 wrapped in the love of her forever family.
✨ ABOUT MONICA
▪️ Age: 2 years
▪️ Personality: Social, affectionate, people‑oriented, and very smart
▪️ Compatibility: Would be best as AN ONLY dog with plenty of human company
▪️ Lifestyle: Enjoys a couple of walks per day in the cooler times, loves being involved in family life, and settles beautifully at home
▪️ Health: Only ongoing need is simple daily non‑prescription eye drops
Monica has been an absolute dream to foster. She is house‑trained, clever with routines, and happiest when she’s close to her people. She has reluctantly accepted sleeping in her own bed (right beside her foster carers), but she’d much prefer to be glued to your side.
🏡 THE PERFECT HOME
Monica would thrive as on ONLY DOG in an active, busy household where she can be part of the action. She adores human company and would suit a family who is home often. Children would be a lovely match for her playful, affectionate nature.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our rescues, there are few things that need to take place that form part of the adoption process:
1. You will need to fill in an adoption form, which is located via our website https://www.pugpatrolrescueaustralia.com.au/pug-adoption-application/
2. If there is a rescue that is suited to you, you will receive a call from one of our foster carers and a phone interview will occur;
3. If mutually agreed, a meet and greet will be organised;
4. A home check will be undertaken
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
The rescue group is no longer taking adoption applications for this pet.
