About Kai
Meet Kai, a handsome 9-week-old tabby with medium-length fur that's as striking as his personality. He's a quirky little fella with an extra loud purr that will quickly become the soundtrack to your home. Kai's adventurous spirit extends to all things play, as he finds endless joy in turning the simplest household items into his personal playtime treasures.
Kai's social circle isn't limited to humans alone; he's also great with feline-friendly dogs and would thrive in a household where he can build bonds with both humans and fellow pets. Currently in foster care with another kitten named Gypsy, Kai could bring double the love into your life if you're considering adopting a pair. Kai will always run to you when he hears your presence, eager to offer his companionship. His love for his foster mum is a testament to his ability to form deep, meaningful connections, and he is eagerly waiting to find someone special to share that same bond with. Adoption details
By adopting an animal from a rescue group or shelter you are giving a homeless animal a second chance at happiness. Thank you for considering adoption.
Our Adoption Process:
* Follow the relevant link in each animal's profile to complete the application form. Include as much information as possible so we can get an accurate picture of the life you are offering the pet.
* If your application is approved, we will email you to arrange a meet and greet.
* If the Meet and Greet is a success you will be invited to move forward with the adoption and complete the relevant paperwork.
* We offer a trial period to ensure it's a perfect match. If the animal is returned during this time, you will receive a refund subject to the terms and conditions on the Adoption Agreement signed at the time of adoption.
* Outside of the trial period we remain committed to your pet throughout its life. If your circumstances change and you need to return your pet, we will always take it back, regardless of how much time has passed.
Before completing the application form please be aware of the following:
** We are located in Bendigo, Central Victoria (approx. 2 hours from Melbourne CBD)
** If you are unable to adopt within one week of your submitting the application form please do not apply until you are ready.
** The majority of our correspondence is through email. As a small team of volunteers we simply don't have the resources to man a phone. If you fail to reply to an email or message within 24 hours we will move on to the next applicant-check your "spam/junk folder" regularly.
