About Raph
Raph's requirements in his new home:
- Access to cat toys and cat trees.
- To be an inside only cat with the exception of an outdoor cat enclosure.
- To have another desexed cat or kitten living in the home, not senior.
Raph is a social butterfly once he warms up to you and then he is your little sidekick who purrs like a tractor when you pat him. If you are in the kitchen Raph can be found in and around your legs hoping you will open the fridge for his dinner.
He may be a little shy at first when meeting new people but he will soon be looking for pats and attention after a short time. He can be a little cautious of hands coming towards him at first but once he knows you he is more than happy for a pat and a head scratch at any time.
Raph loves exploring the house and will find a soft place for a nap when he is finished exploring. Any cupboard that gets opened gets explored so you do have to check for him before shutting a door!
Raph is litter trained and needs to live as an inside only cat, unless he has access to a safe full enclosed outdoor cat enclosure.
Raph is currently living with a dog, and he is getting used to it, he can live with a cat friendly dog with slow introductions.
Raph can be adopted with his sibling Mikey.
Mikey's profile can be read following the link. https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/1157038.
*The breed is to the best of our knowledge from the information we've been given.*
*PLEASE read the ‘profile’ thoroughly before enquiring in detail.*
*Please only apply if you are ready to meet and adopt this pet now, and if all family members are in support of the adoption.*
*All cats and kittens adopted through Pyrenees Animal Rescue are only available to homes where they will be kept indoors or in a secure cat run/enclosure. A yard with fencing is not enough to keep an adventurous cat contained, or safe from dogs and traffic. *

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
