Meet Marley – A Sweet and Gentle Soul

Marley is a 1-year-old Dachshund with a kind heart and a gentle nature. She weighs at just 5.5kg.
Marley thrives in the company of her special person or people and is happiest simply being part of whatever you’re doing. A loyal little girl, Marley sleeps well but prefers to share the bed with her humans at night.

Being still a young dog, Marley is very active and energetic, she loves playing and having fun with other dogs.

Marley gets along well with other small dogs and can be quite needy so she prefers a home where she can be around her humans majority of time or a home with another small playful dog.

As a Dachshund, Marley will do best with someone familiar with the breed and understand her needs.
She’ll need support in avoiding jumping from high places and using stairs minimally to protect her long back.

A home with a medium-sized yard would be ideal to keep her stimulated and happy. With the right environment and lots of love, Marley will make the most wonderful companion. If you have space in your heart and home, this beautiful girl is ready for a life full of love and care.

Marley is currently on Royal Canin kibbles and two healthy meals a day along with chicken necks or jerky for treats.

Marley is excitedly waiting for a forever family who will embrace her as one of their own and offer her the happy and loving home she deserves.

3. Could you provide a background check, including the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience and knowledge with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Marley the time she needs to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Marley be left alone each day, and who will assume the responsibility for her during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Marley quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Marley be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access? Please describe her proposed sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?
