About Walter
Hi, I’m Walter!
I am a Dalmatian x Fox Terrier. Look, don't ask, don't think about it too much, just take a moment to admire my Dalmatian spots and my stumpy little body – I’m a pocket-sized bundle of cuteness! I’m super chill and love being around my people and I’m definitely an indoor dog at heart.
I’m a shy boy, so I love the reassurance of my humans. I’m quiet and enjoy lounging, but don’t let that fool you… I can be a little sneaky and might steal a shoe if you’re not watching!
I’m currently crate trained and sleep through the night, and my toilet training is going really well too. I really don’t like being left outside – I’m just a baby after all!
I’m also co-existing with a parrot, and I couldn’t care less about it… though I’m always supervised around them. I’m gentle and friendly with kids too, I live with a 3-month-old baby and a 9-year-old in foster care and love them both.
I enjoy my walks and can handle up to 4km without any trouble. I can be a bit cautious – I might growl at unfamiliar puppies or humans if I’m unsure – but it’s just me being timid about the big wide world. I’m not aggressive at all, just a huge softy.
I’m quite small in size and unlikely to get much bigger, so I’m perfect if you’re after a cuddly little companion who’s easy to manage.
If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and slightly mischievous softy, I might just be the one for you!-
