About Ollie
Meet Ollie - The Social Butterfly Kelpie đŸ
Looking for a dog who's got the wisdom of experience but the zest of youth? Ollie is your guy! At 7 years and 8 months, this handsome Kelpie is proof that age is just a number. He's still full of energy, enthusiasm, and ready to join you on life's adventures.
Ollie is the perfect blend of maturity and playfulness:
He's got the calm confidence of an older dog, making him easy to live with.
But don't be fooled-he still loves a good game, a brisk walk, and plenty of fun!
Why Ollie?
Dog-social: He enjoys canine company and would happily share his home with another friendly dog.
Family-friendly: Ollie has lived with younger kids and loves being part of a family who appreciates his loyal, playful nature.
Social superstar: Playdates? Yes, please! Ollie thrives on interaction and connection.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
