Pumpkin Bumpkin is a three year old ginger boy with a gentle soul who needs time and patience to feel safe in new environments. He is very shy at first and will likely spend his early days quietly observing while he learns that his new home is secure and predictable.

Once Pumpkin Bumpkin begins to settle, his sweet nature slowly shines through. He appreciates calm company, gentle voices and a routine that allows him to relax at his own pace. Building trust with him is a rewarding process and he forms meaningful bonds with those who give him the time he needs.

He is best suited to a home with children over twelve who understand how to be respectful of a shy cat. Pumpkin Bumpkin has lived with a small dog before and managed well, and he may be okay with other cats given slow, thoughtful introductions.
