About Alfie
The day has arrived! Nine-week-old Alfie is now available for adoption!
Don’t be fooled by his tabby and white colouring.. this little guy is not your usual four-legged floof.. He ‘hops’ to the beat of his own drum and doesn’t care what anyone thinks about it! Not often do we get to know such a chill little kitten, but that’s our Alfie. One of a kind! 🍀
Alfie spends his day playing with his foster siblings, playing with toys and his most favourite past time.......napping in various places around the house. If you can’t find him, rest assured he is curled up in a secret spot snoozing the day away 💤 He has a big purr, loves a chat, and will flop down in front of you for a belly tickle. Guaranteed, he will give you the cutest little bunny kicks you’ve ever received in your life! He loves it, and you will too!! 🥰🥰
Alfie would suit most families- he’s affectionate, quirky and has a good balance between fun kitten energy and chill vibes. He gets along famously with the other cats in his foster home. He is yet to meet a dog, however, if he were to go to a family with a calm feline savvy doggo, he should be just fine. As long as he gets to be involved in daily activities, showered in hugs and kisses and has the freedom to choose his prime napping spots, he’ll be happy as a cat in a cardboard box!
If you believe you’re in need of a young floof with an old-soul personality, look no further than our littlest prince, Alfie. It’s true what they say, good things come in small (furry) packages. Alfie is sure to steal your heart (and your bed), but it’s worth it 😉
Alfie is located in Bendigo and has been vet checked, vaccinated, desexed, microchipped: 956000016716375 and is up to date with flea & worm treatment. Alfie’s adoption fee is $280. Source Number: RE161465.

Adoption details
By adopting an animal from a rescue group or shelter you are giving a homeless animal a second chance at happiness. Thank you for considering adoption.
Our Adoption Process:
* Follow the relevant link in each animal's profile to complete the application form. Include as much information as possible so we can get an accurate picture of the life you are offering the pet.
* If your application is approved, we will email you to arrange a meet and greet.
* If the Meet and Greet is a success you will be invited to move forward with the adoption and complete the relevant paperwork.
* We offer a trial period to ensure it's a perfect match. If the animal is returned during this time, you will receive a refund subject to the terms and conditions on the Adoption Agreement signed at the time of adoption.
* Outside of the trial period we remain committed to your pet throughout its life. If your circumstances change and you need to return your pet, we will always take it back, regardless of how much time has passed.
Before completing the application form please be aware of the following:
** We are located in Bendigo, Central Victoria (approx. 2 hours from Melbourne CBD)
** If you are unable to adopt within one week of your submitting the application form please do not apply until you are ready.
** The majority of our correspondence is through email. As a small team of volunteers we simply don't have the resources to man a phone. If you fail to reply to an email or message within 24 hours we will move on to the next applicant-check your "spam/junk folder" regularly.
