Buttercup - the sweetest little girl! 💛

Buttercup is a sweet gentle girl who is a little timid and still learning how wonderful pet life can be.
She loves people of all ages and would suit a family with younger children right up to an elderly or retired person. She’s also little dog friendly but has not been cat tested.

She will need a confident doggy friend to show her the ropes and walks well on lead when she is allowed to follow or walk beside another dog. She can be hesitant if walking alone as new sights and sounds are a bit scary sometimes (especially Christmas inflatables that sway in the breeze!)
She currently lives with two other female greyhounds who she gets along well with.

She travels beautifully in the car and can easily jump into the back seat or rear of an SUV.

Buttercup is very clean and quiet and is fully toilet trained. She sleeps happily all night without needing to go outside but she will need a yard to toilet in as she refuses to toilet while on the lead (Bonus: no picking poo up on a walk).

She is starting to play with toys and enjoys soft fluffies to snuggle up at night with. She’s fine to be left home alone for a few hours and has never been destructive or chewed anything.

Although Buttercup has Doggy Lupus, (DLE) it doesn’t seem to affect her daily life at all- her nose can get a little crusty or dry, but this are easily treated with some cream for her nose, and staying out of intense sun.

Buttercup is a gorgeous girl and will be a beautiful family member for whoever is lucky enough to adopt her. Could that family be yours?
