Meet Rama, a lovely Staffy girl with a big personality and a strong independent streak. She is an intelligent and spirited dog who has a very high toy drive and can hyperfixate on them. She'll do best with an experienced adopter who can help channel this enthusiasm in healthy, structured ways.

Rama can be a little nervous when first encountering new environments, but once she feels safe and familiar, her affectionate side shines through. With her trusted people, she enjoys connection and companionship, just on her own terms. She's highly food motivated, which makes her a great candidate for ongoing training and confidence-building work. This strong girl will need a physically confident owner who can comfortably manage her strength, as well as continue her training, socialisation, and help her learn how to properly decompress and relax.

Rama will thrive in an adult or olde-teen home with no other pets, a secure yard and access to both indoor and outdoor spaces. With the right guidance, patience, and enrichment, Rama will make a rewarding companion for someone who understands and appreciates her drive and independence.
