Bear, Storm & Shadow - 2 Year Old Dingo Hybrid

ATTENTION DINGO LOVING UNICORNS.....

Bear, Storm & Shadow need their forever home.
The catch is that they need to stay together either all three or the two most bonded being Storm & Shadow.
This hilarious trio has captured the hearts of volunteers at our shelter and have been used to test reactivity in shelter dogs due to their playful and calm demeanour.

Their needs are pretty simple...
- A large sized yard for zoomies with 1.8m fencing
- Possible access to under a house or tank stand, somewhere they can sleep without being interrupted and helps them feel safe
- Human interaction based on trust as they are very affectionate once trust is gained
- Outdoor adventures on a leash - as they just love their walks and lead well
- The most important of these is the patience to build trust with these boys!

They are low maintenance and low energy and tend to sleep from 10-2 especially if its hot. They also love their pool and happily cool down after play. Car rides are highly rated also as they have done numerous trips up the coast and back. They eat together and have bones without issue. They do not resource guard.

Must Haves....
- Stable life and youre home more than youre not
- House with large fenced yard and area to create their private space
- Dingo knowledge/experience or desire to learn
- No children under 10
- No cats, free ranging chickens or pocket pets
- No units, townhouses , share houses or homes with numerous people coming and going
- Ability to come regularly to the shelter initially to build a relationship with the boys

Message from their carer...
I have raised these wild born boys from approx 8 weeks of age. They have had numerous applications but nothing suitable as yet. Are we totally fussy with where they will go... absolutely!!
People that just want one because it would be cool to have a dingo with no regards to their needs...don't bother applying.
Once trust is earned these boys will cuddle up on your bed, follow you to the moon and back and then some. They are house trained and when they were with me they had full access to inside and outside except if I wasn't home.
They love beach trips and exploring but will need to be on leash at all times when not enclosed as they have selective recall.
They truly are unique animals and its an honour to be a guardian of the legendary Australian Dingo!

Bear, Shadow & Storm are in care in Newcastle, NSW. Their adoption fee is $1200. They are desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.
